Skill Builder: Arm Care for Knitting & Crocheting

Crafting with yarn is great for coordination, fine motor skills, brain health, and patterning - but are you taking care of your hands? We often spend hours hunched over our crafts with hands clenched and that can take a toll on our upper bodies. In this workshop, we’ll explore some ways to stretch, strengthen, and mobilize hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
